To activate the live food warranty, it is essential to send an email reporting the damage within 3 hours of receiving the shipment. This email must include a video that captures the moment the package is opened. Confirmation of receipt time will be based on the delivery record of the courier company.

Once it is confirmed that the shipment arrived in poor condition, we will send you a new package.
